I think you would be hard pressed to do that. LA/California, might be different, but more than likely that person got a 2017 (If it was a 2018, I do apologize). Depending on what you're looking at (MSRP, etc). I think you could probably obtain one in the 300s.
But unless you plan on putting a considerable amount down, I don't see 54-100 being possible.
