That's very true.... And I can appreciate that angle when it comes to putting new tech/features into a car in the name of reliability.
But things like cheap materials, hollow sounding doors, a nightmare UI for the infotainment don't really have any bearing on reliability and are sort of inexcusable for a MY2020 luxury car.
