Thanks! I’m sure my mom would appreciate the kind words as well.
I’m sure I’m being biased, but my mom makes some of the best egg rolls I’ve ever had. She’s old school Vietnamese, has a donut shop and all. Haha. She made egg rolls once when I was visiting and gave a couple guests some to try. Word has spread among her guests and now she gets asked to make catering plates several times a week. She’ll do it every once in a while but turns down most requests because of the amount of labor.
