This was my post moments after GRO's massive shunt:

"The obvious question for the FIA is, how to prevent this level of impact at this location on-track.

An observation....the massive shunt occurred on a straight, but the barrier is angled at an appx 30 degree closing radius.

I presume the FIA will require the same deceleration barriers that currently exist at the usual-suspect runoff areas at this location."
