Being a dentist, a one tooth solution is always better than a three tooth solution, so the implant may be a better decision. If you do decide to get the implant, please go to a specialist such a Periodontist. There a few great one's that I refer too, but there are a lot of terrible one's who I wouldn't let cut my dog's nails.
