Look at my post for protecting the sills, I wrapped with clear film but lots of options.
You can get a clear bra of PPF film like Suntek for the bumper but might be worth paying for a professional job. I’ve had bumpers done on other cars but haven’t bothered this time as not cheap! Got to get the laser cut template for the right fit.
Some of the better 9H ceramic treatments might help but nothing as good as the PPF.
For the seats, I tend to have a cover on the base to prevent wear.
Can’t do much about the end of dash I think?
