I lost 65 lbs in 60 days. Won a weight loss competition at work vs 20 other guys. I did some exercise, but not a lot. It was mostly diet. 285 to 220. Still at 220 but been bouncing around 220-245. My goal now is 200 stable. Should be there in a month or so. 19 to go. And at the moment I do have abs. So this is to get shredded.
