This morning I smile because I have 2 separate construction crews in the office. One doing demo and the other remodeling our conference room. It's so loud in our front office that a person probably needs earplugs. One of the joys of my job is when I outsource work to be done and it's so loud it disrupts the idle chit chat and gossip I have to listen to on a daily basis. I never thought I'd gain peace from chaos.
