Over all feel is the most important, unless you're racing. Responsiveness is very important to some of us. People have a preference for one MT gearbox over another, even though they do the same thing, but they feel different. Porsche MT feels different than the BMW which feels rubbery. They both do the same thing though, but feels is important.
