I have a concept 2 that I need to start using again. Used to row all the time and it is a great work out. LEARN CORRECT TECHNIQUE !!!!
They say not to stand on end. I think that is a CYA so it doesn't fall and land on anyone. Mine goes on end and is fine....just don't be stupid and put it where it will fall like Thors hammer on one of your kids, pets, playstations, etc.
I am going to go back to rowing today. Gonna suck. But be good at the same time. What an ass kicker!!
