Honestly man, congrats on what you do. I've only been lifting for about 3 years now and a hard gainer. My hats off to you sir.
And to answer your question, just do sit-ups....nothing else. Spot fat reduction is the only way to go!
Also, make sure you watch plenty of those V-Shred videos.
