Two kids and I do the daily school run in the 135i - 3 years old and 6 years old.
They love the car as much as I do
but 2 door cars with 2 kids is still a pain - you're always putting the seat forward and contorting yourself to lean in and do up the seatbelts (or lifting them over the back with the roof off).
It's not a massive pain, but the car was in the shop for a couple of weeks earlier this month and I had a 4 door hire car and it was amazing how much easier the get in/get out procedure is.
