To a degree. now that almost 2 weeks worth of testing has been completed. I'll bet Ferrari wins the race in Melbourne (unless there's a race altering crash of some form).

I think Merc will develop the car, but if Ferrari don't capitalise on their advantage in the first 3 races, they'll be repeating the mistakes of last year.
