B-level? Hadn't they gone to 3 national championships in like a 6 year span under Tressel?
Program was A-level before and it stayed A-level with Meyer. If anything, he underachieved

Not so sure. They both won one NC (a very late flag from the refs helped Tressel with his) and Tressel's reign ended in probation and a season's worth of vacated wins, as well as a losing season between his time and Meyer's.
