Same here....I learned a long time ago that it doesn't take that much of a calorie surplus to gain quality weight. Anything more and you are just fooling yourself.
Besides.....your not going to add an extreme amount of muscle anyway unless you are using "special supplements".
I'm at the point that if I put on 5lbs of quality weight a year, I'm doing good.
