well, I have tints and no front plate. If I get pulled over for tints and no front plate. I just say go write your citations....thank you. Not going to sit here and try to ponder whether the stop was justified. Same goes if I pass a state trooper at more than 5mph over the speed limit. I just got a cell phone ticket and my windows have 18% tint...how the fuck u see inside. pulled dash cam and officers report. Dude wrote "cellphone" in description... I woulda ripped into himon cross-examination. Unwritten rules are unwritten, just like in society. cop wants to be a "dick" hell pull you over for something...wanna PROVE your innocence go to court three times and challenge the officers oberservations. do you ahve time for this? No...simply why this continues to thrive. And proving innocence...you aren't innocent because you have exceeded the speed LIMIT. I hate DICKHEAD cops with attidude but 90% of my encounters(ticket or not) are civil and respectful.
