Poor prep for delivery is actually quite common.
If it is minor, give them 1 chance to fix it ...
In your case, I would try to undo the sale, as they had their chance.
You are acting way too nice ... IMHO
X1 ... seriously ... I received an i8 roadster for 2 weeks (FOC) while they fixed their shitty delivery.
