The breakdown:
I negotiated 10% off MSRP
I used 7 MSDs to lower the MF
$7500 federal tax incentive applied as a cap reduction
$1000 loyalty incentive
I paid $1,184 drive-off for doc, reg, first month, and cap cost reduction tax
I paid $3950 to get the payments down fully expecting to get this money back in the $2500 state, $1000 BMWCCA, and $450 SCE rebates. I've since received all $3950 in rebates in the mail.

My monthly is actually $199 including tax because the lease calculators are never 100% right.
