I think it is something that is often completely overlooked, but its a serious aspect of the sport. Its as much mental as it is physical if not more so. You can see when a driver isnt in the right head space they are less consistent and less effective as a driver. Lewis has noted on many occasions his mental health coach or whatever the title is has changed his life.
Im glad the drivers are getting more open talking about it. Its nice to see that even superheroes are made of flesh and bone.
