My STI was gutless on the street. Slowest street vehicle I've owned in a long time. There's nothing going on until you start getting close to 3.5-4k RPM which is why it's 5-60 mph time is close to 7 seconds making it slower than Accords and V6 Camry's on the street. After getting a pro-tune it was much better but the STI simply isn't a fast car in this day and age.
