Great news - it appears the heat rejection for the Lennox AC units is the air-to-air heat exchanger on top of the unit in the upper right portion of the picture. If so, then no potable water is required because the cooling water is a closed-loop as you said, and the AC's cooling is via the air-to-air heat exchangers I referenced.
I've never showered with Evian bottles....my how my European friends live in luxury!!!!
All kidding aside, this is a very serious drought.
