I had louvres on a Toyota Celica that I had when I was young. They used to be a popular item in the 70s and 80s. They were a pain in the butt to keep clean and you had to remove them to clean the glass underneath which also got dirty.
Good luck finding something but in my opinion they would detract from the beautiful lines of the car.
