Exactly. The cops likely didn’t know he was impaired yet, they likely don’t even know where the hit and run happened, the offender is talking up a story and pointing straight ahead fabricating a story as he’s going. I’m guessing he blaming someone else for the wreck right about then. Cops keeping him talking anyway because talking is this guys worst enemy right about then.
Bottom line, he got a nice pair of bracelets, a ride back to the precinct and a blow test, maybe blood and multiple charges. No one seemed to hurt and an idiot lost a spectacul car and pay through his nose for his idiocy. Great jog BC.
