Changing fuel type is more than a "tune only".
... And even then 400whp is far more of the exception to the rule than the rule. Most running just a tune on a Focus RS, see 350-360whp.

Even if we assume the dyno reads low... and is more like 290whp like most dynojets kick out for an RS stock. You would be looking at right around 350whp.
