Your situation isn't so different from what everyone goes through from time to time. Taking action will have positive results.

These are really good ones. Another thing I like to do is to look at something that's been on my "to do" list for a long time and actually do it. Feel that sense of accomplishment. It could be something as simple as cleaning out the garage to rearranging the furniture.
