BMW 520d m47
(no fault codes, and it switches gears nicely)
I am struggling with turbo lag in my bmw e60 m47. It also uses a lot of fuel. Lastly it tries and sometimes even stall when the car is idiling. It stalls when the engine is cold and while I hold the break pedal and puts the car into R or D. If it’s warm or in N/P the cars runs normal.
The turbo lag hasn’t gotten any worse since i bought it 5 months ago, and sometimes it gets better..

Replace air filter, clean MAF and check DPF.
