What a change for the angel eyes! Will all the future models have this new pattern? More common imo.

The i8 really looks nice. I love the fact that BMW is going down a different path (electric), but in BMW fashion (it doesn't look like a Prius). Can't wait to see more, though my dream car is the upcoming M4 (had to throw that in).

I believe that this is the new look that is common to the BMW i division - and will not be carried forward to the standard models with double ring designs.

seen the spy car in person driving around several times but as you know its covered in blue camo, can't wait to finally see the i8 without the camo and in its actual final look!

The Prius version is their i3

I think the i8 is meant more to appeal to those with the means and inclination to consider a Tesla?

Just a theory on target groups...I have no idea if i8 will be in same price zone as a Tesla or not.
