U.S. orders?

OK, tomorrow is the first of July. Seems we heard that US ordering might open up this week, but I've had absolutely no official info from my dealer. Anyone else hear anything else yet? Order Guides, timing, delivery windows?
It also seems strange that after the great fanfare over the initial 8 German public deliveries, news from Europe has gone silent as well.
It's really frustrating how BMW is trickling out their info in bits and pieces, with such loooong periods of silence in between.

Um, I hope I can either spec "Pure Impulse" with Black Amido leather or Giga with Anthracite headliner. Otherwise your choices are:

Light grey interior with black headliner

or

Black interior with light grey headliner

(Update): I see that spec'ing Black Giga Leather gives you anthracite headliner...I guess I'll be one of the 10% without pure impulse, because grey interiors aren't my cup of tea.
