L3 Charger Cable Won't Click / Hold to Charge

Tried 3 different chargers at the site. There was a guy with an i4 there and he was having no issue. Went home and plugged in for 3 days to charge up. Tried at a different location yesterday, still no luck. Appointment on Thursday.
