Scheduled Charging NOT working -'23 iX

Guys my scheduled charging at home is not working on my 2023 iX 50
Dealer said this week that Germany told them its something that an app update will fixed and at dealer level cant.
Has this happened to you?

There are multiple threads on this. Users are reporting that it is fixed in SW version 11/2024.28.
