Hi everyone,

I noticed that when I go into my charge settings, Shell Recharge shows as "inactive". When I touch that option, it takes me to my Shell Recharge page where I'm logged-in and have a valid credit card on file with no problems noted.

Has anyone else's Shell Recharge gone inactive in their BMW app, and if so, hi do I get it reactivated?

For context, I have a 2023 model with OS 8. No plug-and-charge.

Thanks. You have a newer model and are on 8.5, unlike me. I just called BMW i-concierge and they opened a trouble ticket. They said they will get back to me in 5 days. BMW is so super helpful! lol
