The second trailer has been released for Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, which hits theaters December 2011

As this film's main automotive partner, BMW will participate heavily in the next installment of the Mission Impossible franchise.

One of the feature vehicles will be Tom Cruise's BMW Vision EfficientDynamics concept car, which will spawn the production BMW i8 in 2014. The F12/F13 BMW 6 series will also see some action in the film.

“We are thrilled to be involved again in another Hollywood Blockbuster,” said Ian Robertson, BMW AG Board Member for Sales and Marketing. “The BMW Group leads the way in developing future mobility with a focus on sustainability. One great example is the BMW Vision EfficientDynamics concept car which will be presented in the film. With its futuristic design and large glass surfaces, the car offers a fascinating perspective on the future of sheer driving pleasure – in combination with maximum efficiency. Also with BMW ConnectedDrive technology, it is the perfect car for Ethan Hunt to outsmart his pursuers through narrow streets and busy city traffic.”

To be honest. Never really liked the mission impossible movies. But this one I have to see. I also agree with some of the other comment. Did see a bunch of BMW's in there

can't wait should be a great movie.

Actually BMW is running a promotion right now at most of the dealership. We are going to have a private screening for customers before it comes out. Not sure of the details on the whole thing but ill find out about it tomorrow.

I also never liked the mission impossible movies, except for the first one because it was pretty cool for its time. Hope this one is not a let down.

i would hope they would use fake cars for the destruction seen, especially the i8 if they plan on destroying that during the film.
