rock chips on side panels

anyone else here get these on their cars? i left my car at the dealership to fix some paint they made before delivery last week, and now they sent me a picture saying these were already there when i dropped it off. anyone else have these? its on like plastic kind of material, not the paint.

my OCD is killing me. any idea how to get rid of them? i know nail polish remover removes stains on some rubber, not sure if it will work here.
