i4 M50 - Wait is almost over

Like many others I have been patiently queued up with my local dealer for many months thought with it close to over i'd do a recent timeline thread for interest parties

Deposit to Allocation/Notification of Production # ~12 months. Put down a deposit late July '22, confirmation from my dealer of Sept Production end of July '23, production # provided on 8.13

Track my BMW timeline (rough):
Scheduled for Production: 8.13
Production Begins: 9.4 following German Summer Holiday
In Paint Booth: 9.15
Dispatched From Factory: 9.19
At the Port: 9.22
In Transit: 10.13
Expected Delivery: 10.26 (per call from my dealer on 10.16)

So looking like ~8 weeks from production begins to delivery to me in Chicago

Build is a '24 MY black sapphire/shadowline/black leather; 19" 859M DAPP/Parking/Laser LED.

Nice. Im stuck on production begins since 14 September. Hopefully I will get moving soon. Can’t wait any longer lol.
