i4 m50 color and trim

Hello everyone,
I am a new member at Bemmerpost.
I have just ordered a new i4 m50 but I am still not sure if I have chosen the best car color and color of the trim.

Dravite gray + carbon trim + truffle merino.

Should I change to
Frozen pure gray + piano black trim + truffle merino?

Thanks for your opinions.

Only you know what you like.
I like carbon trim, piano shows fingerprints and scratches.
I have carbon, in my car but I still put PPF on surfaces that might see wear like the large cup holder door and around the console.

I'm not sure of truffle as a color, but you can't go wrong with full merino leather.

As far as color the frozen gray looks great just be prepared for some extra care.

Color combinations including matte are such an individual choice. My car is Tanzanite II with tartufo full merino and carbon trim. I think it looks great.

I went for Sunset Orange, carbon trim with Ivory white merino leather. A bit out there compared to my last M340i Tanzanire with black leather!

For exterior, I ordered my i4 with dravit gray. I was waffling for the matte portimao blue but I didn't want to worry about going through a carwash. Also, I was concerned about how some of the brighter colors would look with the rear bumper. Looks like that frozen gray will add some build time too.

For the interior, I opted for the dark carbon fiber because the glossy trim just looks dirty all the time. I opted for the Mocha leather.

Are you satisfied with dravit grey color. I found some mixed opinions because it changes a lot (gold on sun, just grey without sun)?

I’ll let you know when it shows up in a couple of weeks! I saw a few cars on the lot with that color and liked it, but I know what you mean about the difference in and out of the sun. I have a bright red convertible for the summer, so I went with something a bit more inconspicuous for this daily driver.

Having recently sold my Dravit Grey i4 M50 after owning it for 8 months, I can’t say I would really want this color again. I don’t regret the color, but it’s not a color choice that I would long for again, such as the case with my previous San Marino Blue M3 for example. It certainly is a dynamic color and is dependent on the lighting conditions, but what I longed for with Dravit was more of the grey and less of the brown/gold/green. And in overcast conditions, the color just looked meh…
