TeslaTap MINI and Tesla Wall Connector not charging
I have a 3rd generation Tesla Wall Connector at my condo and I purchased a TeslaTap MINI 60A and I've followed the instructions but it won't charge. After connecting the TeslaTap MINI to the wall connector socket the solid green LED on the Tesla wall connector turns solid blue within a few seconds and I've waited 30 seconds and more until I then connect the TeslaTap MINI to my i4 M50 but as soon as I connect it the app shows that "the charging cable has been unlocked" and that it's not charging. I just got my car 2 weeks ago and have been able to charge it at ChargePoint stations without any problems but obviously not needing to use the TeslaTap. I've seen a few threads mentioning this issue but no real resolution. Any one know how to resolve this issue? If all else fails I'll try to request a replacement TeslaTap before moving on to a different brand of adapter.

I don’t have a TeslaTap mini, but I do have two TeslaTaps that have worked flawlessly for three years on i3, i3s, X5, i4, Q4, and more. Dave at TeslaTap helped me with a minor issue I had at purchase and then almost daily use since then. Reach out for support.
