i4 M50 wheel arch felt cover & tyre condition

Hi all,

I'm looking for some advice on an issue I have found on the front right wheel arch. There is a felt cover hanging loose that seems to cover some equipment. Is this an actual issue or simply needs gluing / fixing somehow back in place? Also the tyres are shot at 11K miles, with three having bulges in the side walls and all four no tread left on the inner side of the tyre. Anyone have simpler experiences?

No inner fender issues on my car.

What tires do you have?
I have the 20" wheels with Pirelli Pzero
And got about 17k out of them.

I also had a custom alignement done to reduce toe and negative camber so no excessive wear on the inner shoulders.

Bulges on the sidewall? Perhaps you hit a lot of curbs?
