I wouldn't lose sleep over it. It's pretty limited and their work arounds are pretty frustrating.
Having to auth 20 bucks on my CC every time I connect to a charger and not actually linking to my ea account, and it only works on ea chargers etc. it's not much different than when you park open the EA app or bmw app and auth to "charge here" before getting out to plug in. It just saves you that one two min step...

I was just curious.
Pulling up an using the EA application and swiping to start and then plug in works just fine.

got the software updated at the dealer today (took the whole day so definitely make appointment and loaner arrangements)...

currently under plug and charge no contracts are available so it cannot be enabled. not sure how this next step works, searched the forum some saying it will appear on its own in a couple days and some suggest you need to call EA to get the contract/certificate pushed from their end.

can someone share their experience with this?

Worked flawlessly at multiple EA chargers for 1000 mile trip. Just got out and hooked it up
