From day one of owning my car, I really disliked the wheels. Almost bought new ones at over $1500 without tires. I decided, why not see if there is a decent wheel under those covers. Very happy I did. These wheels I can live with.

Not really any difference I see after removing and I drive over 100 miles a day during week to and from work.

They do, but I don't know if it's that big of a deal for most daily drivers.

Do the wheels have to come off the car to remove the covers?

Yes, there is one screw on the inner part of the wheel for each of the 5 covers.

To remove you remove wheel and take 5 screws out (1 for each cover). Ery easy to do.

I almost got the M Sport for the wheels alone, but couldn't get the color I wanted and the M Sport had a busy rear end. So got the color and a nice butt I wanted for the cost of uglier wheels and more pedestrian front end.

Tempted to try this over some upcoming time off. Care to share more pictures in different lighting?
