Anyone else dealing with this problem. Dealer is unhelpful “never saw this before, most likely your outlet”. Spent 250 bucks to have electrician tell me it fine

There have been a couple of owners who had to have a specific part replaced in the iX as it was causing a fault with their fully functional at home L2 charger. Apologies that I can’t remember exactly what it is called. It’s a rare failure and took both dealerships some time to finally figure the cause; blaming the owners home charger was the default.

It is called the ‘CCU’. That is the part that had to be replaced.
