I spent a while attempting to source my lease before landing on my car. My ideal spec would have been one of the whites, Dravit, or Skyscraper grey. I didn’t want to custom order because the i4 isn’t financially worth MSRP (or even close to it)

Non negotiable for me was:

1. Cognac or tacora red interior
2. Driver Assist Professional

Every single M Sport I could find with these options also had Shadowline. I don’t want this package because 1. I truly only care about the gloss black grille on M Sport and 2. It sets me up to have my lights stolen off my car while traveling

Also, I could justify $3k extra for M Sport, but $5k for M Sport + Shadowline was pushing it. That’s an extra $150 per month on a lease when you factor in tax! F-chassis cars had awful base model looks, but G-chassis cars don’t look so downmarket with missing M sport.

Was anyone able to snag an LCI that has:

1. Driver Assist Professional
2. M Sport
3. NO Shadowline?

Differences:
- The only differences between i4-A and i4-B is i4 - B is slightly more expensive due to the Metallic Paint, Galvanic Controls, and Extended Shadowline Trim.
NOTE: The extended shadowline Trim just makes the grille and mirrors blacked out.

Verdict:
* If I were you, I would hands down pick i4 - A
- Its closer to your location
- Its slightly cheaper in price
- I like the wheels and trim on i4-A; I do NOT like the wheels and trim on i4 - B, but that's me lol
- The car is already on the lot, which allows you to avoid having to order the car from the factory.

Tip + a few things to keep in mind

* Regardless of which i4 you get, as soon as you get the car, add/purchase the "Drive Recorder" from the Connected Drive Store
- This can be bought/added to your car via the myBMW app and the "Drive Recorder" is basically a dashcam that uses all 4 cameras
- You can do this after taking delivery of the vehicle
- Its relatively inexpensive; the price is around ~$100 and I think they give you a free month trial of some sort!
2. The 2025's all have Plug & Charge
3. i4's with Driver Assistance Professional support hands - free driving up to 40mph and the car will only let you drive handsfree after all conditions have been met.

Anyways, to summarize, I have found you two i4's

* Both are White on Cognac
*Both have Driver Assistance Professional, M - Sport, but NO Shadowline Package (no laser tailights)
* Both are currently for sale on the lot
* Both have Harman Kardon Surround Sound < --- That's a must for me!! lol

PS - I would highly suggets you pounce on i4-A as soon as you can! My gut feeling is telling me that it may not be available for too much longer

PSS - Irvine BMW has an i4 on their lot that is nearly identical to the two i4's posted above ^, but the only difference is the exterior color, being Dravit Gray Metallic - $1,500
I believe it is currently on their lot, but there are no pictures of the car itself; instead you have the generic stock photos

Of course man! I'm currently helping my friend look for a 4 series (gasoline - 430i GC) and I was procrastinating really bad yesterday! lol

Keep me (us) updated on what you decide to do, but I would pounce on i4 - A sooner rather than later, especially since you don't want to order an i4 and it meets all of your requirements! I only mention this because, I would hate for you to go through with the purchase, only to find out the car is no longer available (e.g., Car was sold, went into the Loaner fleet, got dealer traded, etc.)

PS - You can go to the Build Your Own (BYO) on BMWUSA's website and you can build an i4, punch in your zip code, and see if any dealers have anything similar to your spec in your area! I mention this in case you change your mind with color, options, trim, etc.
