868m alloys - corrosion?
Hi all
I'm wondering if anyone with the 868m 20 inch wheels has any issues with the diamond cut silver faces corroding? On one of our rear wheels it looks like we have a minor kerb mark on the wheel but I'm not sure I can remember ever hitting a kerb, and weirdly the mark seems to be growing in size. I've also now just noticed another part of the same wheel has some very small damage and this doesn't look like a kerb mark, it seems to be bubbling around the black paint of the wheel like it's corroding somehow. None of my other wheels have this damage which seems unusual given you'd expect the front wheel to be kerbed also if the rear is. Has anyone had issues with these wheels or it's likely I've just managed to kerb the wheels without realising? Just wondering if I should let the dealer take a look at this. I also know from another post these wheels are basically impossible repair to a factory finish so the only option is a replacement rim or power coat all 4 wheels. |

I'm sorry, but both of those are kerbing marks
