They don’t communicate well, they can’t stick to their committed date, not super convinced they did everything they were supposed to as part of the CPO process. They advertised a car as CPO before starting the CPO process, found out it’s going to be an expensive job, increased the price of the car after making me wait for weeks after I paid the deposit when they realised CPO-ing this car was going to be more expensive than they thought.

Service wise, in CO, from my experience:
1. Gebhardt for quality of work

2. Schomp for ease of getting a loaner (Genhardt has a 3-5 weeks lead time, Denver Downtown has a lead time of 2-4 weeks)

3. Denver downtown for nothing, their diagnosis for issues you report is absurdly illogical, makes me wonder if they don’t want to work for warranty rates or if their techs/foremen just aren’t knowledgeable with the cars.
I've dealt with Winslow- very okay, generally, although a co-worker had her 330/B48 stuck in there for quite a while on a mistake of their making (which they made right by her in the end). Nothing to write home about.

and Schomp Boulder, also okay, maybe a tick under Winslow.

I think it is important to note that the criteria that we as customers apply to a “great” dealer is quite different from the criteria it takes to get on this COE list. I’m friends with management at my favorite South Florida BMW store and they told me, point blank, they don’t see the value in doing what it takes to become a COE dealership. There is very little financial incentive to the dealer and very little, if any, benefit to the customer which would explain why many people here say that the dealers on this list aren’t good. They say that being a M certified store is a title worth having.

Not surprised to see no LI dealers on here. All seem to price gauge together to rip people off. Would so much rather take a trip to NJ, and likely will, when my lease is up. “My” dealer doesn’t treat 7x customers in a way that warrants a return.

I totally agree with you about Braman, I go to BMW of Ft. Lauderdale and their SA’s have consistently taking great care of all of my needs. I think the positive vibe I get at this dealership starts with their GM who is a wonderful guy to work with and it filters all the way down to their sales, service and parts departments. 👍🏻

I'm talking about some six dealerships! Heck, one them is nearly the size of the other 5 combined!
I think it’s like 10-12 just in Virginia.

Funny when creating my build I went to all NJ dealers listed and they all wanted 5k above MSRP because it’s a custom build.
Freehold bmw gave me MSRP all lies!! Lol

Happy to see Paul Miller on the list - I did have a good experience building and receiving my 2025 M3 Comp.

Morristown had markups on their G80s so screw them lol

I feel the same about my dealer, Coggin BMW in Ft. Pierce…always treated me royally, from sales to service.

This list clearly has nothing to do with customer satisfaction. Schomp BMW in Colorado has the highest prices, worst service, and routinely breaks state and federal law in the operation of their business. Absolutely horrid place.

Speaking of Colorado dealers…

Winslow crashed my X5 once during an oil change.

Gebhardt’s sales team and management is incompetent. Service dept is ok.

Downtown is the only place I have consistently good, fair, respectful service. The general manager has been there a long time, and runs a halfway respectable business. They were the only dealer in Colorado that knew the law about lease buyout fees when I purchased my X5 off lease. I reported everybody else to the attorney general and 9News did a story about it 6 months later. Losers.
