You live in Indiana, and you complain about a dealer 800 miles away?

You like doing business with dealers almost a thousand miles away?

I ordered my Z4 from Schomp BMW in CO and I can see why they are in this list..
I went to two other dealers before placing my order here.

Garage List
I took my car in for the 1200 mile check up. BMW Wyoming Valley did not have the oil for the new oil change. I went over to BMW Williamsport and they actually gave me the oil for the oil change but they could not do the change themselves because BMW Wyoming Valley had apparently locked them out of doing the Oil change because I had approached them first. anyway I took the oil back to BMW Wyoming Valley and got the change done. Pretty disappointed with BMW, Wyoming Valley, but feel really good about BMW Williamsport and think I would buy my next car there. Not sure how I understand that a BMW dealer would not have the oil for an oil change, and would prevent another dealer from doing the oil change instead.

[QUOTE=fcman;32012468]Congrats to United, I bought my M2 from them but used them for service on my 135i before and they have always treated me right. Well deserved

Mmmm……no comment here.

We bought from 2 of the dealers on the list this year….Knauz and United. There were vastly different experiences from each. I’ll leave it at that. United took care of the issue in the end but it should have never gotten to what it did…..

They wouldn’t let me test drive a used G80 prior to ordering a brand new one. They wanted me to go through the entire buying process prior. I can understand if it were brand new, but I figured they’d say yes to a used M3 test drive. I ordered through Peabody BMW

I bought my car from Schomp in Highlands Ranch. No real complaints, they treated me pretty good, especially during a time when many dealers were screwing people with ADM’s. They always give me a loaner when I get an oil change.

Best BMW Dealers

I wonder if any of these dealers accepts factory orders. If a dealer does not, that would knock him off of this list, in my opinion.

Yep!

1) Casey BMW
2) Checkered Flag BMW
3) BMW of Alexandria
4) BMW of Charlottesville
5) BMW of Fairfax
6) BMW of Lynchburg
7) Richmond BMW
8) Richmond BMW/Midlothian

10) BMW of Sterling (...a very large dealership)

Edit: I just Google the number of BMW dealerships in CA,...looks like there are 20 BMW dealerships in Cali! Hmm, by comparison,...there are also 20 Ford dealerships,...and 20 Chevrolet dealerships in Cali as well,...and 20 Dodge dealerships too. LOL!!!

California must have more than 20 BMW stores because Florida has 33 BMW stores (according to Dealer Rater). California is the largest BMW market in the US and Florida is often number 2 or 3.

Within a 15-mile radius in my area of California there's 6 BMW showrooms where I purchased my BMW 22 M4 comp and 2 out the 6 made the list. BMW has over saturated the area.

All I can say is BMW of Fairfax has an on-site bodyshop and they do impeccable work. I have used them twice.

Makes sense. I’m willing to bet that California has close to 50 BMW stores.

You're right,...I went back and reviewed a couple of my searches,...and now see that 20 was the result for the "1st" page (LOL)! There are way more than 20 in Cali,...same for Ford and Dodge, etc.

Oops!

If BMW NA did a 2025 Shittiest BMW Dealerships list, BMW of Alexandria would be Number 1.
