First impression so far the new seats are much better, though still not as good as the comfort seats in X5. The Amido is not as dark as on builder picture which is good. Always had lighter interior in the past.

Galaxy S25 Ultra works great with the remote parking control.

Need to get used to the 8.5 but the climate "Sync" button seems to be sticky again!

Need to drive it more!
I was not a fan of the looks of this car at first, but with LCI-Version it looks so much better and it’s very nice! Smallest little changes on this car (even on the LCi i4 m50) made the biggest difference (in my eyes) and I’m loving it.

EV specific tires 275/40R22 107Y. Attached some pictures with some more info. Have similar setup as my iX50 with 22" summer tires and 21" winter tires.

My non-scientific feeling, so far it feels same or slightly better in efficiency than my iX50 with normal driving in city traffic and highway speeds around 6-8 degrees Celsius. With the new heatpump I would assume it would perform better in colder weather even if the iX50 in perfect condition have slightly longer WLTP range than the M70.

Thankfully, Sync is still sticky

But instead got a new button that is not sticky Maybe only in Europe due to new EU regulations. If I speed a few km/h for a few seconds, an alarm bell starts to sound, like a lower volume of forgetting the seatbelt. You can turn it off quickly by pushing the SET button 2 seconds on the steering wheel. But that's not sticky. I now have "push the SET button 2 seconds" as a routine every time I drive off. A bit annoying.

Thanks. Was hoping these were the new AS tire BMW is offering on the 22s

brask congratulations! Must be one of the first m70’s delivered anywhere in the world. Out my way, it has not even been released as a model yet, the 45 model yes. And strangely the BMW configurator in Australia lists the two models as the iX 45 and iX 60. Keen to get your driving review and comparisons with your old model.

Have the same in my MY25 M60, quite annoying. Useless feature and soon it almost becomes second nature to push ”SET” everytime you drive off.

The car looks exceptionally good for a BMW iX, which I think is extremely generic on the outside

Always bet on Black

Keep us posted on consumption, I have an iX50 and wondering if I should do a trade in for a newer model. Will be watching owner experiences of the 60 and 70 …

Congratulations… I love the spec… I have a Ix3 black carbon and I ordered an IX with exactly the same configuration as yours but it's the IX45…

I put the victory-handsign recognition as the shortcut for this. Wish it was possibly to configure a flip-the-bird for it, quite annoying. But EU enforced.

Have you tried out the massage? How comfy is it compared to your old 50?

The new seats look so much better and fitting to the car, especialli in M-trim. But cannot understand why BMW didn’t include the seatbelts with the M-stitching, would have been a nice final touch. Instead they included some M-colours in the seats of the standard M-upholstry. Why?

Wow that does look much lighter than in the configurator. I like it, a lot! Wish this color was available on X7. Thanks for sharing.

Yup they pulled a "She's All That" and took off her glasses and now she's beautiful!

Wow, I am pleasantly surprised. I truly was a bit worried how the IX’s were going to be presented. And here it is, and it looks fabulous. Congratulations!

I have the same question. Generally I think of those as 2nd tier tires engineered for entry level autos from Korea or less expensive replacements for other makes. Perhaps they are moving upmarket.

Hankook is a mid tier tire. But they actually partner with top auto manufacturers, BMW being one of them. And I can assure you that if BMW is putting Hankooks on their machines, then you know their tires are of a high quality, but also reasonably priced. They utilize state-of-the-art treading technologies and they are also big on sustainability and innovation while maintaining green operations as well.overall, I would say Hankooks are absolutely good tires. In my experience, when I am looking for replacements, I am not at all worried if I buy a set of Hankooks. I know them to be very well made and durable. And for their pricing, you can’t beat Hankook. Also, so everyone knows, this not a paid endorsement of Hankook tires, this my own opinion and experiences.
