Error message with level 1 charging

Have a new i4. Plugged into level 1 outlet. Blue light is blinking. Normal. The app says “the charging cable has been unlocked.” What does this mean? Connections seem secure.

Once the car is charged to the targeted level the cable will automatically unlock.

You can als set it so that the cable stays unlocked while charging.
