Level 1 charging question

I normally have the ampere setting in the i4 set to 48 for fast charging. What should i set it to for level 1 charging at home.

There's very little reason to set an amp limit. If you leave it unlimited, the car and charger will negotiate thus allowing the car to draw the maximum power the charger can give.
