Guys, guys, GUYS. Chicks look at this stuff. Really we do, and we judge you on it. Bad grooming is an automatic ACCESS DENIED.

Getting your nails done isn't gay, however you can do it yourself too.

Checklist:

Short, trimmed, clean nails. I've noticed a lot of middle eastern men have long nails, I don't know if it's cultural or what, but it's gross.

Ear/nose hair trimmed, plucked, gone. Applies mainly to older guys.

Lotion is your friend. If you work with your hands and they are dry and rough, it doesn't feel good to be on the receiving end.

UNIBROW - pluck them, or wax them, it's disgusting. How do guys not know they have one?

Chest hair is what it is, but back hair is a big turn off for most women.

Pubes, keep it neat!

Floss and keep the breath fresh.

If you have facial hair, keep up with it and keep it trimmed and edged neatly.

Please don't shave your armpits. I dated a guy once who was a "body builder" and he shaved his ENTIRE body, it was weird.

TOE NAILS, for god's sake, cut them.

If you have a white head, pop it. While doctors don't recommend it (I think) it's hard to focus on anything else when you're talking to someone.

Flip flops are cool, except when your feet get dirty and your heels are black. Yuck!

Cologne, don't use it in place of a shower.
