Here's a Porsche to haul around the lady's sans panties.....

^^^^^

When Porsche started racing 959 in Paris-Dakar rally way back`n 1985, they needed a fast crew support vehicle to keep up with the racing team. The vehicle had to be able to carry a group of people in comfort and deliver spare parts as well, so they needed a van.
Enter Porsche B32. Based on a Volkswagen T3, this van is the only ever Porsche attempt at minivaning. It has a 3.2-liter flat-six engine from 911 Carrera, developing 231hp and pushing this van up to 185 km/h (115 mph) top speed. Engineers also installed Porsche 915 five-speed manual transmission, limited-slip differential and reinforced driveshafts, bigger brakes and a spoiler lip.
B32 is one of the rarest Porsches ever built (it has Porsche VIN nr, so legally it cannot be called Volkswagen anymore) - only seven were ever produced and if one ever shows up for sale its a half a million bucks. Only selected few people were able to buy one if these.(The one in pictures was built specifically for the then CEO of Porsche AG, Peter W Schutz).

No, it wasn't slipping. I just wanted a heaver clutch pedal and potentially longer wear. Also, I wanted to tell my girlfriend at the time that I had a Porsche clutch. Apparently that worked. While the car is long gone, I married the girlfriend and we've been married 52 years.

Regarding your mood, I recommend you get a synchromesh transmission.

By the mid-1960s, Chevrolet had realized that they were not going to compete with sales of the Volkswagen Beetle with the rear-engine air-cooled Corvair and pushed their sights a bit higher -- focusing on upgraded Corvairs as lower-priced made in the USA competition to Porsche. For the second-generation Corvair, they offered the Corsa model with 140 horsepower with optional 180 hp turbo. But what really killed the Corvair was the introduction of the Camaro.

Here's a '66 Corsa convertible. I'm not feeling the aftermarket chrome wheels, though.

A quick search revealed that many PDs used them for a variety of duties and events. Looks like fun.

I've seen Minis with the mid section removed so you drive from the back seat, this is an interesting take on that idea.

Looks like a Lotus 7 clone with some VW-ish front fenders bolted on. Definitely something that would turn a few heads at a car show.....

I don't care if it's photoshopped, I just like the look of it. Honestly, how many pictures that are posted haven't been touched up a bit. It's all photoshop unless it's just a RAW of original JPEG image.
