There is no such thing as “entitled to a dealer contribution.” It’s dealer discretion.

I Agree with you ...sometime dealers are very sneaky... that's the reason I did my homework got a trade in value appraisal from carmax and from other few dealers...which my dealer agreed to accept the value of the car....it's just couple hundred in difference

Where they really try to get get you is all of the extra line items that don’t get discussed until you start doing the paperwork - and if you even notice. All of the dealerships here in Houston add this so-called ”protection package.” It typically includes those security stickers on all of the major body panels, window tint, and some sort of fabric/leather protection. It’s usually around $1,000 (or more) and I always tell them I don’t want that crap. Most US dealers seem to do this by default and if you don’t watch for it during the paperwork portion, you’ll be stuck with it.

BTW might want to check the Costco program as well. Currently both 50's and 60's are available through the program in Socal. |

See my post right above yours. It’s probably window tint, limited PPF, security panel protection stickers, or some sort of vinyl/leather protection. total BS stuff that none of us would want done by some cheap installer that the dealership works with.

The residual is currently 52% for the xDrive50 and (I think) 51% for the M60. That could change next week. There is also the $7,500 lease pass through on the xDrive50 but not on the M60 - at least not advertised.

From my calculation on the published BMW NA website lease offer for June (expires July 4, 2023) ... looks like the Money Factor creeped up from 0.00175 to 0.00190 if I did my math correctly

51/3 year 36 month 10,000 miles a year. Lease got better- 2000.00 in trunk money on top of lease credit of 7500 and 1500 loyalty. Most dealers are 7.5 percent on order. Better for remaining stock. 2 years free charging.
